Yes — 100% of the quoted sample development cost is due before work begins, plus a commitment deposit (5% or $300, whichever is greater). Full terms are on our Sample Development page.

It's credited in full toward your production invoice if you place a production order within 90 days of sample delivery. If you don't proceed to production in that window, it's forfeited — this reflects the real technical work and time sampling takes, regardless of outcome.

2 rounds of revisions against your approved tech pack. Additional rounds are billed at 50% of the original sample cost, per round.

Typically 20 business days from payment confirmation and finalized specs, depending on garment complexity.

Yes — if we fail to deliver a sample matching your approved specs within the included revisions, or if a delay is caused by us rather than you, the deposit is refunded rather than forfeited.

Our fixed-price Production Packages assume standard fabrics, trims, and construction. Specialty fabric, heavy embellishment, or complex construction is scoped as a custom quote before you pay anything — no surprise costs partway through.

Package and tech pack pricing shown on our site is a starting price for standard scope. Anything outside that (complex fabric, non-standard construction) is confirmed as a custom quote before you pay — the number you're given is the number you pay, not an estimate that changes later.

No, tech packs are quoted separately — see Tech Pack pricing. Production Packages assume you either have tech packs ready or add them on separately.

Shipping/freight beyond what's specified, customs duties, and fabric sourced outside our standard supplier options are billed separately.
